Teaming up with Samsung for this program, Flipkart includes flagship models like the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3. Interested buyers can place an order on Flipkart and explore the smartphone for up to 15 days.
Customers purchasing the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 from Flipkart can opt for a return if they find the handset unsatisfactory. Upon initiating a return request, Flipkart conducts a quality check to ensure the phone is in optimal working condition before reimbursing the full amount to the buyer’s bank account. This offer is currently available only to customers in specific Indian cities, including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Delhi, Mumbai, Gurugram, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Chennai, and Vadodara through the Flipkart app.

To initiate the return process, buyers need to click on the return request link provided by Flipkart, enter the IMEI number for validation and login, and submit personal, device, and bank details for a successful return request. A ticket number is generated for the user. Flipkart sends an email with instructions to download an app for diagnosing the phone’s condition. After a successful diagnosis, a logistics personnel will contact the user to schedule a pickup time, and the phone will be collected upon physical verification by an assigned representative.
